The site for Élan Corpus Christi is located one mile south of the this intersection.
The 109 apartment Élan Corpus Christi community will join a convent for retired nuns, which is under construction, as well as a 120 multi-family apartments. Holiday Retirement Independent Living, a complementary use, is located directly across Lipes Blvd.
