Kyle Bodhaine

President

J. Kyle Bodhaine has over 25 years of diversified experience in construction, architecture, and project management.  As a graduate of architecture from the University of Texas, Kyle has received NCARB certification and is a licensed architect in California and Nevada.  In addition, he completed a facility management program from UCI, Irvine.

Upon graduation, Kyle worked for architectural firms in Texas and California and with the Marriott Corp. all of which specialized in the hospitality industry. 

In 1990, Kyle joined Fluor Daniel, Inc., and an international engineering and construction company.  As a project manager, his responsibilities included development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets, construction supervision, management of subcontractors, quantity surveying, commercial evaluations, and final punchlist and hand-over activities.  Construction and engineering projects were located in the Far East, Middle East, and Europe.

In 1997, Kyle joined Reid & Associates, Inc. as the Senior Project Manager and Vice President of all construction management services for the organization. By 2001, Kyle was named President of Reid & Associates, responsible for the marketing, sales and project development as well as the day to day operations.


In 2006 Kyle became co-owner with Kevin Reid of Reid & Associates, LLC.
