VICTORIA'S SECRET This facility was originally designed for the Intuit Company in 1994, which Reid & Associates constructed. In 1999 Victoria's Secret purchased the building and immediately began rennovations.They maintained the four call center quadrooms with the center cross dedicated to admiinistrative functions, training rooms, telecom support restrooms and breakroom. The main entry was remodeled to reflect Victoria's Secret image as well as the building exterior color palatte was changed.

SPRINT PCS This is a 24 hour, seven day a week facility, providing a total capacity of 550 seats per shift. Phase I was a total of 75,000 SF which was completed in 1998 and in 2001 we were asked to complete an expansion of an additional 20,000 SF. This expansion included an expanded employee cafeteria. increased training areas and support operations areas. The parking lot was also expanded to a total capacity of 775 parking spaces.

GATEWAY This call center was the first in New Mexico for Gateway. It utilized a central core for administrative services and employee training. It housed a total of 500 call stations. The facility provided full UPS back-up support as well as a diesel generator to maintain 24 hour service in case of an emergency. The building was designed for future expansion capabilities of 20,000 SF and sited to take full advantage of the spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains.

INTERSECTIONS This facility was constructed to house Intersections, Inc., a company that provides security monitoring services for credit card holders. They also assist individuals that have fallen victum to indentity theft. This facility was completed in 72 working days.
