ADC This facility is located at the Santa Teresa border crossing in southern New Mexico. The project is a state-of-the-art industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility. The original 331,800 SF of manufacturing and warehouse, office space has the expansion capability of another 260,000 SF.

AEROPARTS MANUFACTURING The building houses the operations of three separate facilities originally located in California. The move to Rio Rancho was to lower operating costs by consolidating these operations.The building houses all of the manufacturing components which includes stamp pressing, foundry, specialty welding, painting, component assembly and inventory storage. Reid & Associates assisted the owner with all aspects of their move from California, including employee relocation, equipment disconnect and moving and reconnect of this equipment.

HEEL This is a state-of-the-art, homeopathic pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution center. The facility was designed and constructed to meet FDA guidelines for consumer consumption. It was also designed for future expansion of an additional 25,000 SF. Won 2004 NAIOP Award of Excellence.

INSIGHT LIGHTING This facility provides lighting products for coommercial and residential buiildings. It includes a manufacturing/testing area, training room. showroom, call center for ordering product and administrative offices. We have completed two phases of this facility and have built this with future expansions in mind.

JULEART This is a full injection-molding manufacturing company. They produce a wide variety of acrylic displays and store fixtures. Their operations out of this facility not only have complete manufacturing capbilities, but also in-house packaging, warehousing and distribution worldwide.

MERILLAT This company assembles residential cainetry. Natural light from huge skylights above the manufacturing portion of this structure fill the area with light. The ceilings and walls were painted a bright white color to enhance the natural daylight. The structure also houses a complex system of conveyors to bring the product through the finishing room area. Value engineering was in place to maintain the owner's budgets. The result of this, was a better quality structure, lower initial costs and lower secondary costs in the air conditioning and humidification systems. This also resulted in the ability use pre-manufactured wiring for plant lighting. This structure is over 8 acres under roof and was completed in 9½ months.

US COTTON/USC SUPPLY This facility houses the production of paper sticks that are used to make cotton swabs. Their goal is to produce 12 billion swabs per year. Reid & Associates built the 31,000 SF, first phase building in 1989, and completed the second phase 38,860 SF building in 2004. Complex electrical, water, waste, gas and pneumatic air systems were installed to meet the company's manufacturing needs.There is also administrative areas for employees to wind down. There is the ability to accomodate a future expansion of another building, master planned to share a common shipping and receiving dock.

SENNHEISER This is a German based manufacuring company that specializes in high end, quality audio and recording equipment. This building was constructed to provide maximum flexibility of space planning and building systems that would give Sennheiser the ability to respond to expanding or changing materials and technology advances. The area is also a humidity controlled space. Won 2000 NAIOP Award of Excellence.

WALL COLMONOY This facility was built to accomodate the industrial foundry operations of Wall Colmonoy. They produce high strength, metal alloy materials in many forms for application in the auto, aerospace and medical industries. The multi-tiered furnace rooms were accomodated by the use of the concrete tilt-up system, reaching a height of nearly four stories. We also provided the manufacturing fit-up. The systems that were installed inlcude nitrogen distribution, industrial cold water and a dust/smoke exhaust system.
