SHAMROCK FOODS Being the seventh largest food distributor in the United States, Shamrock Foods chose a site in Westland Development Park on the Westside of Albuquerque, New Mexico. There is a 36,000 SF office area,, two massive 87,000 SF warehouses, a 10,000 SF freezer and over 33,000 SF of cooled regrigerator space reaching 10-40 degrees. The building was completed in 12 months utilizing state-of-the-art construction management techniques with planned expansion built into the design.

US COTTON/USC SUPPLY This facility houses the production of paper sticks that are used to make cotton swabs. Their goal is to produce 12 billion swabs per year. Reid & Associates built the 31,000 SF, first phase building in 1989, and completed the second phase 38,860 SF building in 2004. Complex electrical, water, waste, gas and pneumatic air systems were installed to meet the company's manufacturing needs.There is also administrative areas for employees to wind down. There is the ability to accomodate a future expansion of another building, master planned to share a common shipping and receiving dock.
