The project was done jointly with Aquatic Consultants, Inc., a lake and stream expert company, as a design/build project for the Isleta Indian Casino and Resort. The scope of the project was to do shoreline renovation and expansion of the existing north and south lakes adjacent to the resort and golf course, which included lake aeration, new fish habitats, construction of a corporate pavilion, six restrooms, forty four fishing shelters, six of which are handicap accessible, a fish cleaning facility and a fish holding facility. There was also two 50’ raceways built to hold both warm water fish and trout for bi-weekly stocking.
Another part of this project included the construction of two steel bridges, serving the north lake islands.
An important aspect of this project was the design and construction of the water, sewer and electrical utilities, as these items were designed and constructed in time for the grand opening.
