Continuum of Care Expands Again

April 1, 2016 – The continuum of care in The Villages just embarked on its latest phase. Officials and guests of Titan Senior Living officially broke ground Wednesday morning on the Elan at Buena Vista multiuse continuum of care campus at the southwest corner of Buena Vista Boulevard and County Road 466. It’s the latest piece of The Villages strategy to offer golf cart-accessible, resort-style, independent living, assisted living and memory care in the community, said Sumter County Commissioner Don Burgess, who attended Wednesday’s ceremonial event. read more

April 1, 2016 – While Elan Westpointe in New Braunfels represents the first of the Elan brand for owner Titan Senior Living (TSL), the project also represented several firsts and unique aspects for the Reid & Associates (R&A) construction team. Elan Westpointe is the first Large Type B senior assisted living facility certified for Alzheimer’s patients that Matt Schumann, project manager, has ever built. It’s also the first facility he has built that is considered hybrid construction. These unique facets of the job came with separate challenges. read more

Titan Development breaks ground on 85,000 SF project in the NE Heights

February 26, 2016 – The Northeast Heights continues to be a magnet for senior and assisted living facilities.  Two senior-focused projects are being developed across the street from one another, both in Titan Development’s 60-acre Santa Monica Place project, located on Santa Monica Avenue NE between Louisiana Boulevard and San Pedro Drive.  Titan Development’s senior living arm, Titan Senior Living, broke ground this year on its 85,134-square-foot, 109-unit assisted living facility called Élan Santa Monica. New Braunfels Selected as Site of New CGT Manufacturing Facility Announces Governor Abbott

January 5, 2016 – The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce announced today that New Braunfels, Texas has been selected as the site of CGT U.S. Limited’s new manufacturing facility, as released today by Governor Greg Abbott. CGT anticipates creating at least 275 jobs and $80 million in capital investment in the State of Texas. The project will reshore part of the company’s manufacturing from China and increase North American capacity. A Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) grant offer of $2 million has been extended to CGT. read more
