This two story office building is located in the Riverside Plaza mixed-use development. It is designed to accommodate multiple tenants or single floor users. The ground floor design incorporates several entry locations to allow for individual entries to suites. The second floor layout is designed in a more conventional manner with a common lobby adjacent to the elevator and a common restroom core. The building is designed in accordance with the Riverside Plaza development and design guidelines. These criteria dictate that all buildings have traditional New Mexico Territorial design elements and detailing. The building incorporates these criteria while maintaining interior contemporary office building requirements in terms of layout, building services, interior bay spacings and use of systems and materials.
The building is placed to maximize the land area of the site, to provide adequate parking and site circulation (both vehicular and pedestrian) and to take advantage of the views from the site to surrounding bosque and mountains. Landscaping on the site was coordinated to maximize landscape areas while providing low water usage and low maintenance planting.
