This regional data/teleservice center for Sprint PCS, provides in-bound customer service for Sprint customers and collection services for the company. This facility operates 24 hours, seven days a week with a total capacity of 550 employees per shift.
The facility provides state-of-the-art data/teleservice equipment with a 46,000 SF raised floor and 500 stations. The heart of the facility is the 15,000 SF I.T./data room, which houses the data network and telecommunications system. Additional amenities include an employee fitness center and locker room.
Phase II was a 20,000 SF expansion to increase the on-site training capacity and support operations area. The project also included expanding the employee cafeteria and increasing the parking capacity to 775 total spaces.
The building sits on a hilltop overlooking the Rio Grande Valley with an unobstructed view of the Sandia Mountains. The employee cafeteria and patio was positioned to maximize this view.
