Titan Industrial Park – Schertz is 124 acres and is ideally situated between Austin and San Antonio to provide convenient access to over 5 million people. The park is fully entitled and provides exceptional flexibility to meet any industrial users needs. The park allows for buildings 40,000 square feet and larger, and the entire park will contain around 2 million square feet of space upon completion. The site is easily accessed from I-35 via the Tri County Parkway. There is no on-site ponding required because the site is bounded by channels to divert the water, maximizing the available land.
